Editing facets
By default, when you add a search field to the Facet Display, the display uses the name of the search field. However, you can edit the facet name so it displays a different name in Searching.

The Manage Facet Display list shows only the search field name, so you won't see the edited facet names until you open the Searching interface. |
To edit the facet
- Log in to the Admin console.
- Choose Profiles from the navigation pane.
- From the configuration menu of the profile, choose Configure Facet Display.
- Choose the Edit option for the facet you want to modify.
- Type the name for the facet in the Name field.
- Update the sorting method in the Default Navigator Sort field. For more information, see Fields: Edit Facet.
- When you have finished, choose OK.
