Managing the room tree

Portfolio includes a single room tree that all profiles access. You can hide or display rooms and branches of the room tree, and in that way give patrons access to parts of the room tree or to the entire room tree. When you add a room to the room tree, it is made available to all profiles, although it is initially hidden to patrons. When you have finished creating or editing the content and are ready to publish the room, you can make the room visible on a per-profile basis.
