Viewing the history of a task
Portfolio keeps a log of the activity for each task in the system. You can view the history of each task in the Scheduled Tasks lists.

                                                                         Only users with system administrator rights can view and manage scheduled tasks. Profile administrators do not have access to scheduled tasks.  | 
                                                                
To view the history of a task
- Log in to the Admin console.
 - Choose Scheduled Tasks from the navigation pane.
 - Choose System Tasks or Search Source Tasks.

Choose the View History option next to the task.
Any status messages are displayed in the list according to the time in which the action was performed.
