Adding or editing a display code

When you add or edit a display code, you specify the database code and how you want the code to be displayed in Searching. (For example, if you have a database code named “LIB_FAV”, you might want to display that code as “Library Favorites” when it displays in Searching.

If you add or edit a display code, you must refresh the Discovery search cache. Your changes are not reflected in Searching or the Admin console until you refresh the search cache. For more information about refreshing the Discovery search cache, see Refreshing the search cache.
