Fields: Assign Target to Profiles
Assign Target to Profiles lets you assign a Discovery search target to one or more specific profiles. Assigning a Discovery search target to a profile allows patrons that access that profile to search against the associated search target(s) to find items or information.

Target Name
Displays the name of the target that you are assigning to one or more search profiles on your Portfolio system.
Available
Displays a list of all the available search profiles on the system. Choosing a search profile makes the Discovery search target visible to patrons who access that search profile. Patrons accessing that search profile can then search for information using that Discovery search target.
You can select or multiselect one or more search profiles and then click Select, or you can double-click individual search profiles to move them to the Selected list.
Selected
Displays a list of search profiles to which the Discovery search target has been assigned.
You can select or multiselect one or more search profiles and then click Remove, or you can double-click individual search profiles to move them to the Available list. Select a single search profile and use the arrow buttons to move it to or from the Selected list.
To add or remove search profiles in the list, choose the search profile, and then use these buttons:

Note: These buttons are context-sensitive based on which search profile (s) you choose. For example, if you select a search profile from the Available list, the Remove option is disabled because that command is not available for available search profiles. If you select a search profile from the Selected list, the Remove option is enabled because that command is available for selected search profiles.
