Security is a submenu that lets you navigate to either the Accounts list or the Authentication Servers list.

Accounts

Lets you create, edit, and delete administrative accounts. For more information, see Managing administrative accounts.

Roles

Lets you create, edit, and delete roles that can be assigned to users based on individual privileges. For more information, see Managing roles.

Authentication Servers

Lets you create, edit, and delete the configurations for connecting to LDAP and SIP servers. For more information, see Managing patron authentication.

User Security Policies

Lets you create, edit, and delete user security policies that are used with accounts and roles. For more information, see Managing user security policies.

Disallowed Passwords

Lets you upload and delete text files with information on which passwords are not allowed. For more information, see Managing disallowed passwords.

Admin Google Captcha Configuration

Lets you enable, edit, and clear Google reCAPTCHA security settings. For more information, see Admin Google Captcha Configuration.

Configure Character Validation

Lets you enable or disable character validation on form fields. For more information, see Configuring character validation.
